In this project, I deeply cooperated with experts in the HR field to understand the behaviors and goals of the enterprise for talent development at present. And through the combing of the current workflow, find out the different roles involved in it, what kind of pain points they have.
This workflow will begin with the employee's first day on the job and end with the employee's first participation in performance evaluation. Employees, managers, HRBP, TD experts will be involved. Combined with standard task templates and humanized customized tasks, employees can learn step by step in practice and integrate into the whole enterprise.
At the same time, through the quantification and statistics of task data, employees and managers can know the progress and quality of development. This allows employees to learn about themselves and elicit positive feedback. Managers can quickly understand whether the setting of tasks is reasonable, and constantly optimize the task system to make it more in line with the demands of current enterprises for talents
After the talent development, Human resource data dashboard is a data visualization project. The CHO hopes to form data indicators from the daily human resource process, so as to monitor the human resource process and products.
Hierarchy and clarity were Paramount throughout the whole dashboard design, and we wanted the entire dashboard to be simple enough to help decision makers quickly understand the situation and make quality decisions. Therefore, in the hierarchical design of information architecture, and color scheme, as much as possible to have high legibility.
